Defective products must be reported within 3 days from receiving the item and should be returned to us within 7 days, in the original packaging with labels and stickers still intact. The customer is responsible for paying the postage fees for returns. Returned items must be sent via registered post or with signature on delivery to avoid any issues on lost parcels.
